WSWA is proud to provide an opportunity to network with a community of women in wine and spirits wholesale. The Women’s Leadership Council’s (WLC) mission is to elevate, educate and empower women. Through professional business development webinars, networking opportunities, mentorship programs, philanthropy, and our annual conference, we are bringing women and diverse allies together across the industry. This is the only organization with a wholesaler-only women-led Advisory Board focused on elevating women in the wholesale tier. Learn more about WLC Membership.

Mentorship Program:

The WLC Mentorship Program seeks to elevate, educate, and empower women across the alcohol beverage industry by matching current women leaders and future women leaders to facilitate professional growth and skill development. This six-month program pairs a WLC Advisory Board member with an applicant based on program objectives and desired skills and experience. The program will include one-on-one meetings between mentee and mentor, group meetings and discussions, access to WSWA’s leadership development webinar series, and other educational and networking opportunities throughout the term.
