Industry Roundtable with Chairman Comer

Join Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Representative James Comer (R-KY) as he leads a roundtable with hemp farmers, manufactures, retailers, and wholesalers about the impact of the “ban” language in the Agriculture Appropriations Bill on the industry at large. Learn more about how current language in the bill amounts to a de-facto prohibition against all hemp-derived products and what Chairman Comer is doing to promote safe, efficient, and effective regulation of hemp-derived products instead.

Hear from farmers, manufacturers, retailers, and wholesalers on how a prohibition will cripple family businesses across the country and open the door to bad actors and a black market of dangerous products. Q&A to follow.

Event is invitation only. Contact Dan Jarrell (dan.jarrell@wswa.org) for more information.
