WASHINGTON, D.C., 03/10/2020 – WSWA is closely following the evolving situation around COVID-19, and at this time, we have no plans to postpone or cancel the WSWA 77th Annual Convention & Exposition in Las Vegas. If the event is cancelled in the coming weeks, WSWA will refund registration and exhibit fees paid to WSWA. Regarding hotel rooms, Caesars Palace Las Vegas will not impose any cancellation fees and will refund your first night's deposit if you cancel your room or suite reservation not less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We encourage exhibitors and suite holders to review the cancellation policies in effect with their airline and convention vendors, such as Shepard, Destinations by Design, and Caesars Palace Las Vegas, specific to decor and food and beverage orders.

We will continue to monitor the state of affairs and follow the lead of federal government agencies such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC). The health and well-being of our exhibitors, attendees, and event staff is always our highest priority.
