(Washington, D.C.) Register today to take part in the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) 71st Annual Convention and Exposition, the wine and spirits industry's premier event. A newly-launched convention website (www.wswaconvention.org) is now available and provides a direct link to the registration portal. The convention website also includes detailed information on exhibit options, scheduling, sponsorship opportunities, competition entry and more.

This industry-leading showcase and event will be held April 8-10 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

In addition to suppliers and exhibitors, registration is also now open for WSWA Wholesaler Members, WSWA Associate Members, and Non-Members. Non-Member Wholesalers interested in attending should contact WSWA's Bob Wiggans (bwiggans@wswa.org) for eligibility requirements.

Convention highlights include three information-rich general sessions with speakers like noted business and motivation consultant Dan Heath of Duke University's CASE Center and Captain Richard Phillips subject of the current motion picture featuring Tom Hanks in the starring role. Attendees and exhibitors will also enjoy exclusive networking and socializing at the Taste of the Industry grand tasting and the Opening Night Reception.

The WSWA 71st Annual Convention and Exposition features a host of opportunities for suppliers, importers and exporters, as well as beverage industry product and service providers. Competitions are hosted in partnership with The Tasting Panel magazine, the country's most important and fastest-growing beverage industry publication, reaching over 100,000 hospitality professionals each month. Competitions are emceed by the talented Tony Abou-Ganim, a noted mixologist, speaker and author.

The schedule also includes the U.S. Beverage Alcohol Forum, an information-rich program that will provide attendees with practical knowledge and resources to succeed in the U.S. beverage market. These popular educational sessions are included in the WSWA Convention and Exposition fee but can also be purchased as a separate, one day stand-alone registration.

The WSWA Annual Convention and Exposition has traditionally drawn more than 2,000 attendees and is the highlight of the year for the beverage alcohol industry.
